Technical Delivery Engineer
Employment type: Full-time
Experience: 0–3 years; suitable candidates with practical project experience may apply
Initial annual CTC budget: ₹3.0 lakh, subject to experience, skills and final compensation approval
Employment terms: Full-time position with an initial six-month probation period. Salary progression and confirmation will be based on performance, role requirements and the terms specified in the offer letter. Compensation during probation and after confirmation will be communicated to the selected candidate.
About the role
AO+ Solutions is looking for a Technical Delivery Engineer to support client implementations, infrastructure operations, automation and managed services.
The role is intended for a technically capable person who enjoys solving problems, documenting solutions and making technical delivery more repeatable.
You will work on client assignments as well as internal engineering initiatives, with responsibilities expanding as the company's delivery portfolio grows.
Key responsibilities
- Support ERPNext implementation, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Assist with Linux, cloud infrastructure, containers and DevOps operations.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and document resolutions.
- Build automation scripts and repeatable operational procedures.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks and handover material.
- Support backups, monitoring, patching and routine maintenance.
- Assist with testing, quality assurance and release activities.
- Help build reusable delivery templates and internal automation.
- Maintain clear client communication and escalate risks promptly.
- Support approved technical work across AO+ projects and ventures.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma or equivalent practical experience in IT, computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux and basic networking.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
- Understanding of cloud, containers, ERP systems or DevOps concepts is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and work with customers.

- Quality and timeliness of client support.
- Accurate documentation and handovers.
- Reduced repeat issues through automation and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine assignments.
